We’re looking for an experienced Developer – Tech Lead who will actively participate in coding and technical development, while also providing technical leadership on an advanced digital health platform.

Project Description:

Our project is a cloud-based healthcare solution leveraging AI-powered analytics and remote monitoring. It allows medical professionals to access real-time patient data, predictive insights, and effectively manage chronic disease treatment plans. The platform integrates securely with medical devices and ensures compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Python-based code
  • Provide technical leadership, guiding architecture and design decisions across the development team
  • Collaborate closely with the client and cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration, optimal performance, and scalability
  • Lead by example, ensuring coding standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement robust solutions
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, best practices, and technical excellence

Project Technologies and Tools:

  • Agile (Scrum) development methodology
  • Python/Django (back-end), React (front-end)
  • Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Real-time analytics, secure data transmission, Twilio integrations

Requirements:

  • Work schedule in Europe time zone
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, particularly with Django
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer, demonstrating both coding and technical leadership
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software architecture principles
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure data handling practices
  • Solid experience with relational databases and MongoDB
  • Experience integrating with Twilio or similar platforms
  • Advanced English skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Experience in healthcare or telehealth projects is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with React or other modern front-end frameworks is a plus
