Acumatica ERP Business Analyst/Consultant

We are actively seeking an energetic and motivated ERP Business Analytic/Consultant. This position is for Acumatica Consultants of all levels. Depending on experience, responsibilities could range from supporting and analyzing client requests to handling complex implementations, Acumatica project management, and solution design.

Program description:

- Development of new Acumatica modules and customizations for various clients using Acumatica ERP.
- Support and development of Sprinterra’s proprietary Acumatica solutions, including Acumatica Property Management, etc

Our candidate:

Has previous Acumatica experience (mandatory)
Has strong background in finance and understanding how to apply these skills
Could do business analysis to dive into the system, to talk with Business Users using their language
Has some project management skills to drive a few development flows in parallel, good in documentation and status tracking/communicating
Has previous experience implementing and supporting a ERP system

Requirements:

Degree in the field of technology strongly preferred
Prior Acumatica experience
Background in finance
Proven technical skills
Excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Effective analysis and writing skills for inspecting and evaluating product operation and interpreting into effective documentation
Proficient with standard business analysis and business process definition
Knowledge in project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scum
People management skills, strong skills in conflict resolution and problem solving

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, team members, vendors
Participate in ERP system implementation
Leading development of new ERP modules or customization of existing ones
Provide L1 or 2 support
Prepare functional specifications
Facilitate development
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and applications as well as customer needs and priorities
Make suggestions on business process improvements to promote business growth and efficiency
