A global executive network that includes over 250 thousand business leaders required a new tool to introduce specific business insights about upcoming events for its clients in a sophisticated yet easy-to-use system.
The main challenge lied in collecting a wide range of information from multiple sources, websites, and apps (SalesForce, Eloqua and others) and combining it into a unified portal with pre-built notifications and reminders functions. Additionally, our client requested a dashboard to reflect all the details regarding future conferences and summits and to predict ROI and specific events KPIs. The most challenging part of the project was to cleanup data gathered from different sources and provide relevant mappings for various fields.
Sprinterra's team worked with our client's tech crew to create a roadmap and develop a new platform according to the client's requirements and specific needs. Data normalization was performed on a database level, making the data import process much more manageable. In addition, Sprinterra's developers helped our client to turn marketing data into valuable business insights for future optimization and decision making.
The newly created web-based system features an elegantly designed, intuitive interface and an easy-to-navigate dashboard with an option to visualize Sales & Marketing Reports.
Our engineers have also built multi-level security and access system for users with different roles - from viewers to super-admins.
