They use GoFormz, a flexible and easy-to-use tool to digitize documents, alongside Acumatica ERP for their main management and accounting system.
The client approached Sprinterra with the idea of integrating Acumatica and GoFormz for a smoother workflow. GoFormz is a cloud solution that helps convert paper documents into digital versions while preserving their original format. The client needed a seamless integration that would allow efficient data transfer between Acumatica ERP and GoFormz, improving their document management process.
Sprinterra created a document exchange channel between Acumatica ERP and GoFormz server using API. This integration allows data transfer from Acumatica ERP screens directly into the documents, fill out required fields, and save generated documents in PDF format in the ERP file system. Users also have the option to fill out the form on the GoFormz site, and newly-created documents will be attached to the original Acumatica ERP document.
