Responsibilities:
- Work with our IT team to develop an account plan and maximize opportunities to generate sales activity with potential and existing customers;
- Lead efforts to craft business plan for department;
- Market analysis and work on developing marketing materials relevant to our expertise and trending technologies;
- Generate stable pipeline of qualified leads;
- Identify prospects and new customers through strategic partners;
- Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision-making personnel to drive the sales process forward;
- Lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making processes;
- Lead the client acquisition process and work closely with the global proposal center and respective delivery units to drive the RFI/RFP process;
- Utilize marketing related events, seminars, mailing and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the local market
- Develop strong knowledge and awareness of pressing issues within finance industry;
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients;
- Be accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the department;
- Organize, track and maintain client account and contact information, as well as prospect updates in CRM database.
Skills and requirements:
- Business degree and minimum 3-5 years of professional sales and/or business development experience in high-tech or service-related industries, preferably software development services sales;
- Experience working in/with financial industry;
- High level of knowledge of internal structure of financial organizations;
- Good understanding of Information Technology trends, main relevant technology players in the US and worldwide, software development lifecycle and methodologies;
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives;
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas;
- Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multi-tasking and time management;
